How quickly do you respond to email?
We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns for items received damaged. Within 2 business days of receiving your package you must send an email to [email protected] explaining your intent and reason for returning your item. At that time you will be provided and address to return your item to. Return of your item must be accomplished within 15 days after you have received the return address. Items must be returned in original packaging. We do not pay for return shipping. Depending on price of item a restocking fee of $5.00 to $25.00 will be charged for all items returned.
